SIERRA A. R. REIN (Stacey/Nadia Understudy) Having graduated from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television in 1999 with an emphasis on directing and musical theatre, Sierra was delighted to be a part of bare.

An alumni of UCLA’s award-winning Awaken A Cappella , she has performed as the Witch in Into the Woods, as Dr. Charlotte in Falsettos, as the Castle Wench in Once Upon a Mattress , as well as roles in Reprise!’s Pajama Game and The Boys from Syracuse.

Recently, she performed in the World Premiere of Haven: a New Musical and was featured in the role of Nimue in Fullerton’s FCLO production of Camelot. She also directed Tiny Band’s 1997 production of Assassins and Chum & Bigg’s Little Shop of Horrors in January, 2000.

She currently manages both the bare website and her own Website. Sierra can now be seen as Olivia Whorebucks in God Help!’s ” Ann E. Wrecksick. ” Sierra owes much of her remaining sanity to Ecks, Zaphod, and to Pete.

JASON HENKEL (Chad / Peter understudy) is originally from New York. He is also a proud graduate of Ithaca College. Since making the move to Los Angeles he has landed guest-starring roles in a variety of shows including “Hope & Gloria,” “Chicago Hope,” “Party of Five,” “VR Troopers” and “Days of our Lives.”

Jason’s most recent project is the much anticipated feature film “Em and Me,” in which he co-stars with Alan Young (from TV’s popular “Mr. Ed” series).

The film is due to release early next year. Recently, he has performed in the staged reading of “Seventeen,” and has been in an episode of Showtime’s “Rude Awakenings.”

MATT HUHN (Travis/Priest Understudy) is originally from the Philadelphia area, where he received his B.A. in Theatre from West Chester University. He is also a graduate of the M.F.A. Acting program at UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film and Television.

Matt was last seen in the West Coast premiere of Charles L Mee’s The Berlin Circle, directed by David Schweizer at The Evidence Room.

Other LA credits include A Lie of the Mind , Picnic , Angels in America, The Atomic View Motel , and the NBC sitcom “The Naked Truth”. Matt is also an adjunct Theatre professor at Antelope Valley College.

TASSA HAMPTON (Brittany/Tanya Understudy) is an accomplished singer and a native of Los Angeles. She began performing at the age of 12. Since that time she has contributed her talents as a singer and composer to several bands spanning across different genres of music.

Tassa received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Southern California where she continued to develop her talents with intense studies in Opera, Musical Theatre, and Dance. Tassa was most recently features as Erzulie (Goddess of Love) in the TAFY production of Once on This Island.

Her prior theatre credits include Cabaret, A Chorus Line, Les Miserables, and 3 consecutive seasons in a Broadway Review Dinner Theatre. Her film & television credits include “Phat Beach”, “Three Wishes”, “Babylon 5”, and “The Young & The Restless”.

Tassa was also recently featured in the documentary “Actress”, directed by Daniel Yost, which won critical acclaim at the Berlin Film Festival. She is thrilled to be part of bare and even more excited to be working with such a talented and inspirational cast and production team.

JOE PINZON(Mark/Lucas Understudy) has just received a degree in Psychology from UCLA, where he was also a member of the vocal ensemble Awaken A Capella.

He has been seen locally in the Hannon Theatre productions of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” (Puck) and “Fiddler on the Roof “(Russian Tenor), Tiny Band’s “Once on this Island” (Papa Ge) and “Jesus Christ Superstar” (Annas), and the UCLA African dance exhibition “MaGbaGbe,” in all of which he had to tumble.

Hopefully, the constant exploitation of his acrobatic skills will earn him a spot in one of Cirque du Soleil’s productions. In the meantime, you can see him tumble in “Animazement: the Musical” at Disneyland, where he plays a menu, a starfish, a monkey, and other fun things.

He would like to thank his family and friends, the producers of bare for “taking a chance on an unknown kid”, and whoever is behind the unbelievable amount of luck bestowed upon him.
